5 signs you are wasting your time

However, many people don't spend their lives doing useful things like partying all the time, reading infrequently, and not investing in themselves.

Are you one of those people who just isn't maximizing your time? Here are a few ways to find out:

You don't get up quickly

If you spend half an hour to an hour playing devices in bed in the morning, you're not making the most of your time. People who have a purpose in life are not going to spend their time playing devices in bed. Waking up wasn't a big deal, just the start of another random day.

You spend more than 2 hours a day in aimless activities

Some activities are basically aimless just because they are fun at the moment. Some activities like watching television, playing on social media, and playing in small doses can be an important part of stress relief or something else. However, if you do more, it means you have wasted your time. People with goals don't spend too much time doing these things because they realize that every hour spent on the activity never comes back.

You are not ready to sleep at night

People whose days are filled with rainy activity will feel tired at the end of the day, be it mental or physical work. These activities use up your energy and prepare you for sleep. On the flip side, if all of your days are spent relaxing, it is possible that you will stay up all night and not feel sleepy or tired at all.

Plan more than do

If you spend more time dreaming, planning, or thinking about the future than you are working on making it a reality, you are making the most of your time.

You worry about other people's prejudices

High performers are too busy getting things done to worry about what others think of them. If you are constantly wondering what others think of you, you can just miss out on your life. Instead of doing what others agree on, find goals that will lead you to be honest even when the world turns against you.
